The lasting effects of the pandemic have been vast and widespread, especially in businesses’ approach to the traditional workplace. Now, more than ever, businesses are keen for new talent, and yet, workers are increasingly harder to find. Office spaces once bustling with 9-5 employees now sit mostly vacant on any given Tuesday.

Defining workplace factors like equitable pay, flexible hours, and 4-day work weeks are fundamental expectations that businesses must adapt to and that prospective employees are earnestly searching for.

Join us for a panel discussion with Portland’s business leaders, as they comment on the balance of the workplace, the current nation-wide labor shortage, and insights into how to recruit and sustain talent for your business.
