My firm is women owned and operated and I specialize in estate planning, estate/trust administration and corporate formation. My goal is to support and guide my clients with caring and effective legal counsel; to craft thoughtful legacy plans that will support and assist their love-ones during incapacity and after death.

The right estate plan celebrates your life and your legacy. The process is about honoring your stories and values. It's about the people you love, creating a sense of security for them in times of transition and change and providing them with guidance and tools they will need during these times.

After death there are a number of things that must be done and you don't have to do them alone. I will guide you each step of the way through the estate/trust administration with knowledgeable, caring and compassionate advice. This often involves the gathering, managing and distributing assets to loves ones, filing of tax returns, collecting benefits and paying debts in accordance to their wishes as expressed in their will or trust or under the laws of Oregon.

My firm also provides corporate formation services. As a business owner you are faced with a whole array of decisions and one of the decisions I can assist you with is selecting the right entity (LLC, S-Corp, etc...) for you. Having legal guidance can provide you with a strong foundation that allows your creativity to flourish and establish a clear distinction between your professional and personal assets.
